Now entering it’s 20th year in business, Tipperary Crystal was launched by master craftsmen Joe Foley and John Meagher to great acclaim in 1988. As artisan craftsmen, both Foley and Meagher rapidly established a team that was uncompromising in it’s commitment to superb design and product quality.

As the first Irish Crystal company to recognise the potential of applying contemporary design ideas to the craft of crystal making, we pioneered a tradition of successful collaboration with well known Irish designers such as Sybil Connolly (1991) and Louise Kennedy (1999). We now have an ongoing commitment to working with talented young Irish designers to develop stunning new design concepts for our core Tipperary Crystal range.

This commitment to ‘innovation through design’ is very evident in our current product range where we have been careful to retain our most popular classic and favourites, whilst expanding the collection with contemporary designs such as the orient inspired ‘Random’ stemware and the striking ‘Square and Olive’ tableware.

We are very confident that these additions will appeal to a new generation of crystal buyers, happy to adorn their living space with beautifully crafted pieces of Irish inspired design.
