Return / Refund Policy
Unwanted, unsuitable, or faulty goods can be returned, and we aim to make this process as simple as possible. We aim to never have an unhappy customer. We will work with our customers to achieve a favourable outcome for both parties no matter what the problem may be.
Method of refund - Will be to the same form of payment used.
Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods - Your Rights To Cancel An Order
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. A full refund will be given if those conditions are met. Shipping will not be refunded unless in the event of faulty good being received. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item.
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (e.g. personalised products such as engraved glass) may not be returned.

Once the returned product has been received by us and checked to be in perfect saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the price paid for the product. Shipping expenses will not be refunded unless the items were originally received faulty / broken.
Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
